Three sides, on equal footing
Mashofe.com is not a transporter's tool that shippers are allowed to use. All three sides post, all three sides get found, and all three sides want the same thing - an introduction to the other side of a job.
A posting only goes up when you confirm it
Pressing submit on a posting form sends nothing and saves nothing. What it does is hand you a ready-written WhatsApp message carrying your posting reference. Only when that message arrives from a real, working number does the posting get written to the board.
This is the whole anti-spam wall, and it is deliberately the only one. A fake posting is the cheapest lie on a marketplace and the most expensive for whoever answers it, so the cost of putting one up is a real number that has to answer. There is no queue of unconfirmed rows sitting behind the scenes waiting to be approved - a posting either exists or it does not.
It also means every posting on this board has a working number behind it. That is what the confirmation is actually for. It is not a badge and it does not buy you a better position, it is the door.
A commission on the trip, and nothing before it
The board is free and stays free on all three sides. Mashofe.com earns a commission when a match made here turns into an actual trip. It is tiered by the value of that trip, so a short domestic run is not charged like a corridor haul, and it is paid by whoever took the match - never by the party who posted first. No trip, no charge.

Questions people ask
Do I have to pay to look at the board?
No. Looking, searching, filtering and shortlisting are free, and stay free. Posting a load, a truck or a clearing desk is free as well. Mashofe.com only earns when a match on this board turns into an actual trip.
Who pays the commission?
Whoever takes the match. A transporter who takes a posted load pays it. A shipper who takes a posted truck pays it. The party who posted first is never charged. The rate is tiered by the value of the trip, so a city hop is not charged like a corridor run.
Why does my posting not appear straight away?
Because nothing is written to the board until you confirm it from your own WhatsApp number. The form hands you a ready-made message carrying your posting reference. Send it, and the posting goes up. Until then nothing is stored anywhere.
Will my name and number be on the board?
No. A load is published without the shipper's identity. Transporters and clearing agents are named, because a truck and a desk are reputational assets, but no contact detail is published for anyone. Contact passes only at the introduction, to both sides at once.
How long does an introduction take?
Inside one business day. A person checks both sides are real, then puts you together on WhatsApp. From there you deal with each other directly - Mashofe.com does not sit in the conversation and does not set the rate.
Do I need a clearing agent?
Only if you are crossing a border. A domestic leg has no border and no agent. On a cross-border load the board shows you clearing desks working that specific crossing, and you can add one to the same shortlist.
